We are so sorry to announce that Sunday’s Cancer Research UK London Winter Run has been cancelled.

Due to the current weather forecast, and predicted consequences of storm Ciara, we were not able to guarantee the safety of our runners, crew and volunteers.

We are sure you share our disappointment and frustration and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. This really was a last resort.

Please allow us a few days to complete the necessary admin. You are entitled to a refund. We will update you with further details about this by 5pm on Wednesday 12th February.

Can I still earn a medal?

We know you’ve been training and fundraising hard and we want to give you the opportunity to run!

To qualify for your medal please complete a 10k run anytime between Saturday 8th and Sunday 16th February. You’ll need to submit a screen grab of this run from a tracking app (such as Strava or Garmin) to our dedicated page here.

Once again, we sincerely apologise that we were not able to bring you Sunday’s run. The team have worked tirelessly during the last week to find a solution. Please pass this onto friends and family who were due to run and may not have seen the update.
