On Sunday 23rd February 2025, we’ll be celebrating a huge milestone—the 10th anniversary of the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run! As we gear up for this special event, we’ve been looking back at the incredible journey we’ve all shared, both on and off the course.

Since our very first 10km, over 140,000 of you have conquered the cold with us, helping raise more than £6 million for Cancer Research UK’s vital work. Along the way, we’ve been supported by an army of incredible volunteers and run some amazing community initiatives, from the London Winter Wander to the Westminster Women Winter Weekends.

To celebrate this milestone year, we’re inviting you to amplify your impact in 2025. Whether it’s by fundraising for Cancer Research UK, spreading kindness, or inspiring others to keep active in the colder winter months, there are so many ways to make an impact.
