After unprecedented demand, the 2025 Cancer Research UK London Winter Run on Sunday 23 February is now at full capacity, with 25,000 people set to take on our annual winter 10k.

In summer 2025, the team behind this smash-hit event are introducing a new 10k, called LDNX. It’s set to be just as memorable, with innovative features, a glorious medal, and stunning live performances at a new location in the capital.
